Position Overview

• Ensure patient comfort and wellbeing throughout each procedure, clearly explaining every step
• Work in collaboration with radiologists and medical teams to generate precise diagnostic images
• Manage and maintain ultrasound equipment, addressing any technical issues promptly
• Meticulously record procedures and maintain accurate patient records using electronic systems
• Stay abreast of advancements in sonographic techniques and best practices

Education Requirements

• Possess an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a closely related field
• Preferred completion of a program accredited by CAAHEP

Certifications Required

• Current ARDMS certification or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is advantageous
