Position Overview We are seeking a Per Diem Travel Physical Therapist (PT) to provide therapy coverage in an inpatient and swing bed setting in Jacksonville, Texas. This role involves evaluating and treating patients requiring physical therapy services in acute and swing bed care environments. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for assessing patient conditions, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapy interventions to support patient recovery and functional independence. The therapist must work independently while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, effective patient care.
