Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract assignment will have you working four days a week (32 hours) with a dynamic high school caseload (grades 9-12). You’ll be instrumental in conducting around 70 evaluations throughout the year, helping students reach their potential in both academic and personal development.

Your professional expertise will be highly valued, with supportive leadership and a collaborative environment. Interviews are conducted via Zoom for your convenience, and onboarding is streamlined so you can get started quickly—decisions are often made within 24-48 hours. Training and technology support are also included, with flexibly scheduled sessions to ensure you’re set up for success.

Key qualifications and experience:

• Current Arizona Psychologist License and valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required
• Prior experience working with high school students (grades 9-12) preferred
• Proficiency in conducting student evaluations, assessments, and creating actionable recommendations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable interacting with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to support students’ emotional, behavioral, and academic growth

Primary responsibilities:

• Complete and interpret psychological evaluations for students, focusing on learning, behavioral, and emotional needs
• Create and implement interventions and strategies to foster student success
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to support educational plans
• Maintain thorough records and adhere to all district, state, and federal guidelines
• Participate in meetings and contribute to a positive school culture
