The Winter Temporary RN Program is more than a seasonal opportunity. It's a chance to earn supplemental income while building relationships, expanding your acute care experience, and showcasing your skills within one of the region's leading healthcare organizations. Program Dates- Two Options
- 24-Week Option: October 25, 2026 - March 13, 2027
- 12-Week Option: December 6, 2026 - February 27, 2027

Requirements
- 2 years of recent RN experience in an acute care hospital setting required
- BLS certification required
- BSN preferred; ADN required
- Epic-prepared and competent in assigned clinical area
- Complete two days of orientation
- Commit to either the 12-week or 24-week program
- Meet weekend and holiday commitment

$52.00 hourly. This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
