They should possess strong leadership skills and be adept at resolving issues and managing interdependencies across organizations.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate target state vision and business architecture strategies; facilitate execution of IT delivery roadmap in line with business goalsLead or influence cross-domain solution architectures, articulating impacts on applications, data, and technologyIdentify opportunities for modernization, convergence, and optimization of the current portfolio; provide technology options to bridge gaps in target stateCollaborate with engineering leadership, platform architects, and product strategy leaders to develop domain roadmapsStay current with trends and innovations in Finance and IT, recommending appropriate developmentsDefine and promote a risk control culture while delivering architectural and technological visionMonitor external regulations and internal policies impacting Architecture PracticesManage engagement with internal partners (Cloud, DevOps, Architecture teams, Data, etc.)Resolve issues or blockers, coordinate directly with other teams or through Scrum-of-Scrum ceremoniesAct as project 'auditor' to ensure conformance to architecture guardrails and policiesProvide architectural leadership in resolving inter-program issues and fostering convergence opportunitiesProven experience as a general Enterprise Architect in large development organizationsGood knowledge of Enterprise Architecture models such as TOGAF and experience operating and governing architecture processesQualifications BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from an accredited university10+ years of hands-on experience designing and developing technology solutionsExperience designing and building cloud-native applications; familiarity with cloud services (Azure, Google Cloud, AWS)Good Knowledge of Generative Artificial Intelligence capabilitiesGood Knowledge in cloud-native platforms and containerization strategies (Kubernetes, Docker, virtualization)Knowledge of coding languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, C#, JS, Python, C/C++, Angular, React)Experience with enterprise data management technologies, including relational databases, NoSQL platforms, distributed storage systems, data warehouses, and data lake technologies.
