Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive, acute, and chronic illness management, to a diverse patient population. Manage a full patient load with approximately 36 face-to-face clinical hours per week, enabling quality patient interactions and sufficient time for professional development. Coordinate and utilize nearby laboratory and imaging services to facilitate timely and effective diagnostics. Employ efficient patient paneling strategies to ensure continuity of care and foster long-term patient relationships. Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation with fellow Family Medicine providers to ensure 24/7 patient support. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team comprising physicians and advanced practice providers within a physician-led environment. Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative patient care strategies aligned with UCHealth’s mission of delivering world-class healthcare. Engage actively in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings to enhance healthcare delivery. Support UCHealth’s commitment to accessible healthcare, community engagement, and continuous improvement efforts. Qualifications: Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree. Board Certified or Board Eligible (must complete residency). Truly Board Eligible physicians are encouraged to apply; certification must be obtained within a defined period. Active medical license in the state of Colorado or eligible for licensure. No visa sponsorship available; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. Compensation and Benefits: Base Salary: $257,000 to $286,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000. Performance Bonuses: Generous productivity bonus based on wRVUs. Loan Repayment: Up to $24,000 in student loan repayment assistance ($1,000/month for 2 years). Relocation Assistance: Available for eligible candidates.
