Requirements:

How You Will Make an Impact:  

• Manage day-to-day production and warehouse execution, driving efficient workflows and reliable product delivery 
• Drive process improvements that increase scalability, efficiency, and long-term performance. 
• Establish and reinforce operational metrics and maintenance plans that drive reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement. 
• Lead and develop the manufacturing team with clear expectations around safety, training, accountability, and performance. 
• Partner with leadership to execute a manufacturing strategy that supports sustainable growth. 

To Be Successful in This Role, You Must:  

• Create and deliver smooth operations that maintain continuity, productivity, and quality 
• Establish a shop floor layout that supports efficient workflow, safety, and long-term scalability 
• Implement consistent, repeatable daily warehouse and production workflows 
• Build and optimize an effective operating system that drives accountability, execution, and results 
• Ensure a safe, compliant operation by validating standards and proactively addressing gaps 

To Qualify for This Role, You Must Have:  

• 4+ years of hands-on operations experience delivering measurable results 
• Strong manufacturing knowledge and experience, with a solid understanding of production, workflows and best practices 
• Proven experience leading a manufacturing team with focus, accountability and execution 
• Strong follow-through, project management, and the ability to drive initiatives to completion 
• Tech Savvy with familiarity of Microsoft Suite and strong Excel skills

Preferred:  

• NetSuite experience, including dashboards, system setup, or operational reporting 
• Experience using Click Up or other project management systems 
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience 
• Constraint based production scheduling experience
