About the Role

A growing engineering and manufacturing company is seeking a Project Engineer to support the execution of custom-engineered electromechanical products. This role will serve as a key liaison between customers, engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to help ensure projects are delivered on time and meet technical requirements. Responsibilities

• Manage engineering projects from kickoff through production
• Coordinate activities between engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams
• Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
• Review technical requirements and customer specifications
• Support design reviews, testing activities, and product releases
• Communicate project status and risks to internal stakeholders
• Assist with process improvements and product development initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of engineering or project engineering experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Experience with electromechanical products, aerospace, defense, or industrial equipment is a plus
• Familiarity with ERP systems and engineering documentation is beneficial

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of chelmsford, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $100000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
