Proactive IT Service Desk & Onboarding Engineer

Blitzy is seeking an IT Service Desk Engineer in Cambridge, MA to serve as a frontline technical resource for our growing team. You’ll handle day-to-day service desk tickets, support new hire onboarding, and manage end-user access across core business applications. You’ll also contribute to higher-level projects, including MDM rollouts, VPN configuration, RBAC implementation, and office buildouts, working with cross-functional teams to keep Blitzy running smoothly as we scale. #J-18808-Ljbffr Blitzy
