Landscaping Crew Leader – Lead High-End Residential and Commercial Teams

Job Overview

• Company: Greenview Landscape.
• Salary/Pay Rate: $23 to $27+ per hour plus Performance Based Bonus.
• Location: Memphis, TN.
• Job/Employment Type: Full Time.
• Project Scope: Commercial (Exteriors & Landscaping)
• Mandatory Licences & Certifications: None Required.

The Opportunity You will serve as a vital field leader, directing a dedicated crew to deliver high-quality landscape maintenance across residential and commercial properties. How You Will Make an Impact

• Supervise daily field operations to ensure 100% work ticket efficiency and strict adherence to budgeted hours.
• Train and develop crew members through hands-on mentorship to elevate the team’s technical skills and safety awareness.
• Execute pre-launch checklists and tool audits to maintain a high level of operational readiness and equipment care.
• Coordinate with the Field Operations Manager to resolve on-site technical issues and update real-time project documentation.
• Direct the safe operation of company vehicles and equipment while maintaining a clean, organized mobile job site.
• Ensure all finished projects meet or exceed quality standards to guarantee client satisfaction and minimize at-risk accounts.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in a leadership or foreman role within the landscaping or exteriors industry.
• Strong sense of responsibility with a track record of honoring professional commitments.
• Demonstrated focus on operational efficiency and strict adherence to safety protocols.
• Ability to drive company vehicles safely and in compliance with all local regulations.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• 3 or more years of related work experience in commercial or residential landscaping.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Evidence of a teachable mindset and the ability to adapt quickly to changing field conditions.
