Brown Consultants, LTD is looking for a Title & Registration Specialist to assist the company with daily title processing duties. Daily tasks include (but are not limited to):
- Processing title and registrations for vehicles and mobile homes for various clients (taking over Owner’s client list)
- Assisting co-workers with daily tasks
- Answering phone and email questions from customers
- Managing multiple customers at one time
- Invoicing client requests
- Filing
- Scanning
- Data Entry
- Delivering/picking up paperwork to/from local government agencies
- Reviewing documents for errors
"MUST HAVE" Qualities for the perfect candidate:
- Detail oriented (if you are not detail oriented, please do not apply)
- Follows instructions but can work without being micro-managed
- Excellent customer service & communication skills (90% of customer communication is through email)
- Must be able to work 39-40 hours per week. Must be able to work 8:30 AM until 5 PM Monday - Friday.
- Dependable and hard working
- Must be a team player
- Must have a valid driver’s license, valid insurance, and a clean driving record
- Looking for longevity with a good employer
- Show me your detail orientation by the fact you read all of this job description and tell me your favorite animal
- Strong basic computer skills (can create emails, enter data into a software system, can use Microsoft Word, etc.)
- Basic experience with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Data Entry
"BIG PLUS" Qualities for the perfect candidate:
- Previous experience as a title clerk, bank teller, secretary, or position within a treasurer/auditor's office
- Associates degree or Bachelor’s degree a big PLUS
- Good sense of humor
