Founded by Physical Therapists in 2000, GOPT now has 17 locations that allow us to serve the people in our communities with compassionate and competent care. We have an immediate need for a full-time Physical Therapist. Salary: Base salary of $78-95k, depending on experience. Productivity Bonus: Up to $15,600 per year Perks: Up to a $10,00 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance Schedule: Flextime, between 7am-7pm Monday-Friday. Caseload: Gradually ramp up to seeing 10-12 patients per day. Mentorship: 12-month mentorship program for recent graduates. Job Description Up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus! Someone who wants to put a strong emphasis on excellent patient care, quality, efficiency, and outcomes Self-starters who have a strong work ethic, and who possess a team-oriented personality Excellent communication and people skills Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program Current state of Texas license or (soon to have if relocating) New graduates are welcome to apply!
