In order to accomplish our goal we pride ourselves on effective and streamlined communication, ongoing mentoring and support, collaboration between our core therapeutic disciplines (BCBAs, assistive tech, intervention specialists, speech, OT, and PT), and providing our professionals with the materials and tools they need to succeed. Position Details for the Registered Behavior Technician Provides 1:1 behavior intervention services as prescribed by the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and as may be directed by the administrator, to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be maintained at all times. Clinic hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday-Friday (no nights or weekends) Target client age range: 2-6 years old Opportunity for guaranteed weekly hours Paid lunch break Start Date: Immediately The potential for wage increases and promotions every 6 months Fun at work! Get paid to become an RBT, a nationally recognized certification! You will be paid to complete our in-person training We pay for your RBT training course and you receive at least 20 hours of paid work time to complete the videos $95 RBT application and exam fees are covered by LLA! Additional paid orientation and internal company training and ongoing education! New hire mentorship program Essential Accountabilities for the Registered Behavior Technician Follow behavior intervention plan and reinforcement schedule as prescribed by the BCBA. Teach communication, social, self-help and play skills through ABA principles. Document the progress and effects of prescribed treatment with clients. Collaborate with family, BCBA, and/or BCaBA. Maintain positive and productive relationships with clients, families and colleagues. Complete training as prescribed by the BCBA. Support and ensure a safe and positive environment for clients and colleagues.
