Quality Manager

To actively assist and Lead in the Development and Operation of the Quality System for Rhinehart Finishing; as defined, documented and implemented to achieve and maintain ISO-9001:2015 certification. In addition, actively support initiatives to achieve and maintain other Industry Certifications, as determined by Management, to enhance Finishing market competitiveness. Ensure the day-to-day consistency of operations quality with the goal of World-Class performance and 100% Customer Satisfaction. BASIC FUNCTIONS: Oversee all Lab functions as it pertains to quality assurance. Oversee Quality Assurance relating to all customers processes and our ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities relating to the product, process and quality system. Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process and the quality system using appropriate methods, documentation and solutions. Oversee and control further processing, delivery or installation of nonconforming products until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected. Represent the needs of the customer in internal functions addressing the requirements of the Quality System. Coordinate the calibration and management of inspection devices Oversee the Organization with SPC data entry/knowledge/analysis, as required. Oversee Customer specific requirements, specifications Generating TPIs (Traveling Process Instructions), as required. Assure appropriate Certification documents for lot shipments. Respond appropriately to Customer Complaints and Concerns, documenting fully and follow-up with appropriate problem-solving tools. Assist Sales by providing input for quotes. Train and Delegate appropriate floor quality resources for Finishing. Collaborate with cross-functional team to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. Complete Technical Procedural writing for all areas of Operation Maintain all files, masters and controlled quality documents Responsible for Control of Quality Record Coordinate outside lab testing as required, within Quality System guidelines Fulfill duties of Document and Data Control Coordinator Maintain all files, masters and controlled quality documents Responsible for Control of Quality Records Responsible for certificates of compliance. Inspection and Testing coordination Coordinate outside lab testing as required, within Quality System guidelines Other projects assigned and supported by the Environmental and Quality Director for obtaining A2LA or ISO7025 Certification.
