You’ll lead non-surgical periodontal care (SRP) and collaborate with the doctor to co-diagnose, present findings in plain language, and guide patients into appropriate therapy and maintenance. • Active Idaho RDH license (or eligibility by credentials).
• Meets Idaho’s local anesthesia requirement (Board-approved written and clinical local

anesthesia exams); administers local anesthesia under dentist supervision.

• Confident, consistent SRP skills and re-evaluation habits (4–6 week reassess when indicated).
• Proficiency with powered instrumentation + site-specific hand instruments; comfortable with

intraoral photos and digital imaging. • A professional, patient-first communication style and a teamwork mindset.
