TitleDental receptionist / admin
Job Description Patient Reception: Greet patients warmly upon arrival and manage the check-in/check-out process.
Scheduling: Coordinate and manage the office calendar to ensure efficient patient flow and appointment density.
Communication: Handle incoming phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and perform appointment reminders.
Administrative Support: Maintain accurate patient records, assist with insurance verification, and process payments.
Office Harmony: Work collaboratively with the clinical team to provide a seamless experience for every visitor.
full-time $17 - $24 per hour

Requirements Experience: Open to all experience levels. While previous dental front desk experience is preferred, it is not required—we are willing to train the right candidate!
Skills: Strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and basic computer proficiency.
