A Manhattan-based tech-forward immigration firm is looking for an Attorney with 3+ years of business immigration experience to manage and primarily work on H-1Bs, J-1s, E-1/E-2s, EB-1As, O-1s, NIWs and PERMs for corporate clients. And, yes, it’s 100% Remote. Here are the key highlights about the role: Salary Range : $150K/year to $250K/year, depending on experience. Work Location : 100% Remote. J.D + Bar Admission : Seeking candidates with a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and who are willing to apply for admission to the Arizona Bar. (Most jurisdictions offer reciprocity with AZ and the firm will help and pay for this process). Case Types You Will Work On : H-1Bs, J-1s, E-1/E-2s, EB-1As, O-1s, NIWs and PERMs. The Day-to-Day : Manage full lifecycle of cases for corporate and individual clients from consultations to filing and beyond (approvals, RFEs, NOIDs).
