Pay Rate: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is helpful but not required
• Experience operating a pallet jack is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain productivity

• Stage pallets, boxes, trays, carts, crates, and production materials
• Load raw materials into production hoppers
• Build and move pallets of finished goods to designated locations
• Assist with quality checks to ensure correct products and labeling
• Return unused raw materials to stock locations
• Strap and wrap pallets for shipment as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of production and warehouse areas
• Break down boxes, remove trash, and support general housekeeping duties
• Work closely with packers and machine operators to keep production flowing

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
