This role is essential in ensuring patients receive exceptional service and support throughout their visit. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates excellent reliability, and excels at multitasking.Key ResponsibilitiesPatient intake — Greet patients, verify insurance, update records, and prepare chartsScheduling coordination — Manage appointments, follow-ups, and provider calendarsClinical support — Assist with vitals, rooming patients, and preparing exam roomsDocumentation accuracy — Maintain detailed and compliant patient recordsPatient communication — Answer phones, relay messages, and support patient needsOffice reliability — Maintain consistent attendance and support additional office locations as neededRequired QualificationsTwo years of medical office experience in a clinical or patient-facing roleStrong multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritizeExcellent reliability, professionalism, and communication skillsAbility to float to other Millennium Physician Group offices when neededPreferred QualificationsExperience in family practiceBilingual (Spanish/English or Creole/English)We're looking for a patient-focused professional who brings positivity, organization, and teamwork to every interaction.
