- 36 hours weekly
- Night Shift
- Rotate Weekends/Holidays
- Benefit Eligible
- Floats to all 4 Metro Hospitals
- Provides competent nursing care across assigned NICU locations and campuses.
- Adapts quickly to varying workflows, equipment, and unit cultures.
- Maintains flexibility regarding unit assignments based on patient census and staffing needs.
- Serves as a resource and supports team collaboration across multiple NICU environments.

- Flexibly Self Scheduling
- 1 On-Call Shift per 6 wk Schedule
