Now Hiring: Production Packers – 3rd Shift

Lititz, PA | $16.00/hr | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday | 8:35 PM until approximately 6:30 AM

Allegiance Staffing is hiring Production Packers for a food manufacturing facility in Lititz, PA. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career.

What You'll Do

Pack finished products according to quality and customer specifications
Inspect products and packaging to ensure quality standards are met
Prepare products for shipment
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Follow all company safety and production procedures
Support the production team with additional duties as needed

What We're Looking For

Must be at least 18 years old
Reliable with a strong attendance record
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Flexible to work until production is complete when needed
