We’re seeking a future team member for the role Senior Vice President, Client Operations Manager, to join our Integrated Middle Office Solutions team. This role is located in Boston, MA. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: * Manage multiple client service/support teams responsible for providing quality support to clients with transactions and resolving operational issues on a daily basis. * Set policies and procedures for teams managed, and contribute to strategic initiatives that improve the overall client service experience and team productivity and quality. * Resolve highly complex or non-routine issues or inquiries from senior-level or key individuals at clients, as needed. * Maintain relationships with business leaders to report client trends and needs, and provide forward-looking insight on client issues and trends to drive future revenue growth. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: * Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience; MBA preferred.

• 7-10 years of total work experience.
• At least 1-3 years of management experience preferred.
• Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.
• People leadership is required, including recruiting, directing, motivating,

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
