OB/GYN Physician | 400K+ Base Salary | Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina

Join an established women's health program in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina, offering a full-spectrum OB/GYN practice with a mix of obstetrics and gynecology, experienced clinical support, and dedicated surgical access.

Position Highlights

• Approximately 60% obstetrics and 40% gynecology
• Perform wellness exams, IUD placement with anesthesia, MyoSure procedures, myomectomy, hysteroscopy, TLH, and TAH
• Average patient volume of 18-20 patients per day
• Labor and delivery RN triage support to reduce unnecessary call-ins
• Dedicated operating room access for gynecologic surgery

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 4.5-day workweek
• Dedicated half-day each week for administrative time
• Primary call of 1:6 in 7-day blocks with backup call of 1:4

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary starting at 400,000, negotiable, plus generous call stipend
• 40,000-60,000 sign-on bonus with the option to receive a portion as a residency stipend
• Up to 10,000 in relocation assistance

• 15 days of paid time off during year one, plus personal and self-care days
• 5 CME days and 3,000 CME allowance
• FTCA malpractice coverage
• Eligibility for NHSC, SLRP, and PSLF loan repayment programs

Candidate Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Comfortable providing a full spectrum of obstetric and gynecologic care, including routine office procedures and common gynecologic surgeries
• Team-first mindset and genuine interest in serving a rural community
