Azure Data Engineer

Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking a dedicated Azure Data Engineer to join their dynamic team. As an Azure Data Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Data & Analytics department supporting enterprise data initiatives. Job Title: Azure Data Engineer

Location: Collegeville, PA

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines within the Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
• Build integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and Azure data platforms to facilitate seamless data flow.
• Create ingestion processes utilizing SAP SuccessFactors APIs, OData APIs, and other integration mechanisms.
• Utilize Azure Data Factory for orchestration, scheduling, and pipeline management to ensure efficient data processing.
• Develop data transformation solutions using Azure Databricks and PySpark, and manage data within Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS) and data warehouses.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, ADLS, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors APIs and integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of modern data engineering practices, including ETL/ELT pipeline development.
• Ability to develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with business and HR stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
