Member Consultant II - Retail Banking

As a Member Consultant II at BECU, you’ll deliver member-first financial guidance in a branch and digital environment. You will open and service accounts, process transactions, and help members select savings, checking, loan, and credit products that fit their goals. You’ll educate members on digital banking, resolve complex service issues, and ensure compliance with regulations and BECU policies. In this role, you’ll collaborate with teammates, support community-focused initiatives, and contribute to a culture of integrity, inclusivity, and financial wellness.
