This role provides customer service, manages phone and in-person interactions, processes cash payments, supports collection calls, and maintains customer records.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and address customer needs.
• Answer phones and use professional telephone etiquette.
• Greet customers in person.
• Handle cash payments and support payment processing.
• Make collection calls.
• Maintain accurate customer records.

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Clean criminal background.
• At least one year of clerical experience.
