Your path to a rewarding career starts here!Required Skills:Graduate of an accredited RN school of nursingCurrent Texas RN LicenseCurrent BCLS, ACLSPALS recommended.Required Experience:Minimum 2 years clinical experience in an RN in hospital Medical/Surgery or ICU unitStrong ER experience preferred.Previous experience as a Charge strongly preferred.Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Good organization habitsAbility to make decisions based on nursing judgment.Able to prioritize and organize workload to meet needs of patients and unit.Must have- 1-year Critical care, ED, or ICU nursing experience.Must have- 2 years orthopedic nursing experience.Must have- 1 year leadership experience (charge nurse, preceptor, committee chair).
