Providing empathetic support to families navigating difficult life events, the part-time Care Specialist will work weekend day shifts remotely, managing live chat and phone interactions while assisting with resource navigation and care planning. Key responsibilities Deliver expert chat and phone support to users, addressing both emotional and logistical needs Conduct comprehensive research to identify essential resources and assist in creating detailed Care Plans Organize and document user interactions while maintaining compliance with service level agreements Required qualifications Experience in a customer-facing role, counseling, or related fields Ability to quickly adopt and navigate new technology and tools Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and time management skills Comfort working independently during specified weekend hours Virtual Vocations Inc
