Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 weeks (extension to 26 weeks possible) | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM | No weekends or on-call

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistance services in a freestanding outpatient clinic setting — this is not a home health position
• Treat a general orthopedic caseload including hips, knees, shoulders, back, and neck, with occasional neurological/CVA cases
• Manage a caseload of approximately 8–12 patients per day
• Conduct evaluation sessions (60 minutes) and follow-up treatments (45 minutes)
• Document patient care using WebPT EMR
• Deliver 1:1 patient care in a non-high-volume clinical environment

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Oregon or eligibility to obtain
• Experience working in an outpatient orthopedic or rehabilitation setting
• Ability to manage an independent caseload with minimal supervision
• Proficiency with or ability to quickly learn electronic medical records systems

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with WebPT EMR
• Background treating neurological or CVA patient populations
• Familiarity with general orthopedic conditions including spine, hip, knee, and shoulder diagnoses
