What You'll Do Design and implement the transition from monolithic architectures to modular microservices using .NET or Java. Lead the decomposition of legacy codebases while ensuring system stability and data integrity. Develop and optimize robust RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between services. Apply advanced refactoring techniques to improve code quality, maintainability, and performance. Integrate modern CI/CD practices into the development lifecycle to accelerate deployment cycles. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architectural standards and best practices for system migration. What We Are Looking For 4+ years of experience in Backend Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related role. Proven expertise in modernizing legacy monolithic applications into microservices architectures. Strong proficiency in either .NET/C# or Java ecosystems, including refactoring older codebases. Solid experience with API design, RESTful migrations, and monolith decomposition strategies. Practical knowledge of CI/CD adoption and integrating automated pipelines into the development lifecycle.
