About the Position

Company Driver [OTR - W2] – Build a Rewarding Career with Sweet Express!

Pay Package – Clear, Competitive & Rewarding 

• Earn up to 56 CPM depending on the application
• Breakdown / Layover Pay: $100 per day after first 24 hours
  Detention Pay: $15 per hour after 2–3 hours
• Stop Pay (per load):
  
  • 1st Leg: $30
  • 2nd–3rd Leg: $40
  • 4th +: $50
• Driver Referral Bonus: $300/month for up to 6 months (both drivers must stay employed)

  • Level 1: $200
  • Level 2: $100
  • Level 3: $50
    
    • Extra $500 after your 5th clean inspection
• Driver of the Month: 
  • 1st Place: $500

• Average Miles: 2,700 – 3,300 per week
• Running Area: All 48 States – No forced dispatch to NYC
• Home Time (Tiered – more time out = more home time):
  
  • 14 days out / 2 days home
  • 4 weeks out / 4 days home
  • 8 weeks out / 7 days home
  • 12 weeks out / 10 days home (CAP)
• Pet Policy: 1 dog allowed ($50/week until $400 fee paid)
• Rider Policy: 1 passenger (age 9+) – $40/month insurance
• Benefits: Health, vision, dental, 401K, life insurance start 1st of the month after hire
• PTO: 5 days to start (DM approval)

Requirements

• Must have 3 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience pulling 48-53ft trailers (Class A) 
• Must have a valid CDL-A
• Must have a valid DOT medical card
• SAP Applicants must be completed with Step 5 of the RTD process
• Must be able to pass a road test
• Must be able to pass a DOT drug screen
