As an Educationally Related Mental Health Services (ERMH) Clinician, your expertise will help foster students’ emotional growth and academic achievement. Work within a collaborative team dedicated to creating positive, supportive school communities across a California district. Your meaningful contributions will provide direct counseling, interventions, and mental health resources for students navigating challenges and working toward success.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Active and current California license or credential as appropriate
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly valued
- Strong ability to communicate clearly and work effectively alongside educators, families, and students
- Commitment to cultural sensitivity and supporting diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual and group counseling sessions to address students’ social, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, families, and outside providers to coordinate comprehensive care
- Assist in developing and implementing intervention plans for students referred for mental health support
- Contribute to crisis intervention services, providing immediate support during urgent situations
- Maintain detailed, confidential records and necessary documentation in accordance with district and legal requirements

Compensation for this position ranges from $30.00 to $57.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
