Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality physical therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility
Implement treatment plans designed by the Physical Therapist to help patients regain mobility and function
Document patient progress and adjust interventions as needed
Educate patients and families on exercises and home care strategies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care

Qualifications

Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Graduation from an accredited PTA program
Open to new graduates - no experience required
CPR certification preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills in rehabilitation and patient care
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
