Responsibilities Respond to and support incoming IT service tickets Assist with imaging and configuring computers Maintain and update IT documentation Requirements Upperclassman or recent graduate pursuing or holding a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology (or a related field) Minimum GPA of 3.4 Ability to work 20 hours per week during the summer internship Foundational knowledge of Windows troubleshooting Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask Self‑starter who can work independently, learn new technologies, and adapt in a fast‑paced environment Compensation Compensation is based on experience, industry and location standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr
