We are looking for an experienced and responsible client advisors to join our team!Responsibilities:Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practicesProficient in verbal and written English languageKnowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirementsSolid communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to read, write, and effectively communicate with customers, peers, and managementTelephone etiquetteAbility to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the businessAbility to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervisionPhysical demands: This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours.
