Regional Retail Facilities Strategy & Budget Lead

Fairygodboss is seeking a Facilities Project Manager in Tampa, Florida. This role is critical for managing long-range maintenance plans, conducting facility assessments, and overseeing project budgets of up to $25MM. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Engineering, or similar fields and 8 years of Big Box retail experience. The successful candidate will ensure safety compliance and alignment with Lowe’s brand standards while managing facility assets and maintenance strategies.
