Ohio Licensed Retirement Specialist

A company is looking for an Internal Retirement Specialist to provide retirement plan expertise and education to participants. Key Responsibilities: Provide education and guidance to participants regarding their retirement plans through inbound and outbound calls Conduct account reviews and retirement projections, advising participants on asset allocation and contribution levels Build strategic relationships with field Retirement Specialists and Program Directors to support business unit sales goals Required Qualifications, Training, and Education: FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 licenses, along with Life and Health license are required Minimum of two years of experience in a relationship/sales-driven position, preferably in a sales call center or financial services environment Undergraduate studies in business, finance, communications, marketing, or a related field preferred In-depth knowledge of insurance and financial products, with familiarity in defined contribution plans preferred Ability to balance multiple priorities and demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills
