Schedule: Monday - Friday
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM (10% shift differential)
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour (additional 10% shift differential for 2nd shift)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual assembly and production tasks following established SOPs
- Prepare, verify, and stage materials prior to production start
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot basic production and assembly equipment
- Complete all production documentation accurately and on time
- Maintain product quality by following defined quality and safety standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and crossfunctional activities
- Ensure ongoing compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements (ISO, FDA, OSHA)
- High school diploma or equivalent (1-3 years of related experience preferred; AA degree a plus)
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfort working with automated or semiautomated production equipment
- Basic computer skills for documentation and system use
- Willingness to learn and comply with FDA and cGMP practices
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Perform repetitive manual tasks in a production environment
- Multiple openings available on both shifts
