Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness by washing and sanitizing all dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen tools in accordance with safety and hygiene guidelines.
- Support overall kitchen operations by assisting culinary staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
- Ensure all kitchen and surrounding areas remain clean and orderly, including sweeping, mopping, and routine floor maintenance as directed.
- Properly organize and store sanitized items to maintain efficient workflow and easy access for kitchen team members.
- Adhere to all cleanliness, safety, and sanitation protocols to support a safe and efficient culinary environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations during peak service times with a positive, team-focused attitude.
Qualifications

- Ability to think quickly and problem-solve effectively in a fast?paced environment.
- Maintain strong awareness, alertness, and commitment to safety at all times.
- Stay focused and responsive while managing shifting tasks or demands.
- No previous experience requiredtraining is provided.
