We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessional to support students in a K-12 setting. This role involves working closely with students who require additional academic and behavioral support, both in a one-on-one setting and within a structured classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 support to a student with significant academic and/or behavioral needs
• Assist in Special Education classroom to help maintain a supportive learning environment
• Support instructional activities under the direction of the lead teacher
• Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior support strategies
• Foster positive relationships with students to encourage engagement and growth
• Assist with classroom management and daily routines

Qualifications:

• Experience working with K-12 students, preferably in special education
• Ability to provide consistent, patient, and attentive support
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working with all students with varying needs

Position Details:

• K-12 Caseloads

• Experience in ABA is a big plus
