The President will lead manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and continuous improvement while partnering closely with the founder to shape the company's next chapter.A key priority will be leading the planning and execution of a second manufacturing facility, creating the infrastructure, processes, and team needed to support continued growth.The ideal candidate is a hands-on executive with experience leading food manufacturing operations, building high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and successfully scaling organizations.
