We are looking for an experienced Business Technology Administrator

This role will focus on the administration, configuration, optimization, documentation, training, and ongoing support of enterprise business technology platforms.

Required Experience

5+ years administering enterprise SaaS/business applications such as Salesforce, Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, Microsoft 365, and/or SAS Viya
5+ years configuring:
Workflows
Forms
Dashboards
Reports
Automations
Permissions
Templates and other system components

3+ years of experience with:
Software licensing & subscription management
Technical/operational documentation
User guides, training materials & instructional resources
Business process analysis and technology improvement
Strong communication, presentation, training, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

What You'll Be Doing
Administer and optimize business technology platforms
Manage users, roles, permissions, licenses, and subscriptions
Configure workflows, dashboards, automations, and reports
Partner with business and technical stakeholders
Develop SOPs, process maps, user guides, and knowledge-base materials
Deliver user training and ongoing technology support
Identify opportunities for process improvement and technology adoption
Coordinate with vendors, technical teams, and project stakeholders
