What You'll Do

• Assist with commercial and residential water well projects
• Support drilling, service, and water treatment operations
• Learn to operate heavy equipment
• Work alongside experienced crew members who provide training and guidance
• Perform physical outdoor work in various weather conditions
• Build skills that can lead to a long-term career in underground construction

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
• At least 1 year of mechanical experience or mechanical aptitude
• Farm experience
• Equipment operation
• Automotive work
• Hands-on mechanical projects
• At least 1 year of construction, concrete, or general labor experience
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Desire to grow into a long-term career

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maple Plain, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
