Marketing Representative

Eagle Mutual located in Ellinwood, Kansas is currently seeking a Marketing Representative. Candidates should be in central Kansas, able to travel approximately 40%+/- of time within all of Kansas, maintain flawless driving record, be proficient with office technologies and various forms of social/digital media, able to excel in business-to-business communications both in-person or virtually, and more. Primary duties include (but not limited to): Maintaining regular contact with agency force (In-Person & Virtual/Phone) Maintaining agent/agency records/appointments Setup & maintenance of agent/agency system logins/credentials Relaying the appetite and markets served to agents Serving as point person for agent/agency relations Knowing & understanding all company system functions for the agent or policyholder (for agent training, company “how to” instructions/videos, etc.) Equipping the agency force through training and information regarding company products and technologies Aiding with planning and executing marketing campaigns Assisting in planning, organization, and execution of marketing programs Provide Marketing Rep input (from agency force) into the company’s Strategic Planning Process Attending trade shows or events to market the company Increasing company Brand among agents and within industry Make a noticeable impact on the positive growth with profitable outcomes for the company through new business production by agents/agencies Prior experience & knowledge of insurance and/or business to business sales/marketing is requested. Experience with social and digital media/marketing/communications is critical. Associates or higher degree in business or finance, or experience equivalent, is preferred, minimum of HS diploma with prior experience. Most visiting days are back home daily, but occasional overnights should be expected for those far east or west sides of the state. Some flexibility with this if very proficient with other communications. The outcome of new business growth is higher priority than the exact schedule or form.
