This exciting contract opportunity invites experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP - CCC) to provide vital services to students across several campuses while being centrally based in a supportive environment. Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP licensure and CCC credential required
• Experience working as a School SLP (elementary, middle, or high school)
• Ability to supervise at least one SLPA
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Flexibility to serve multiple schools while working from a central office

Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, intervention, and therapy for a diverse range of speech and language needs across 2–3 schools
• Develop and implement individualized and group treatment plans
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and family members to support students’ learning goals
• Supervise and mentor one Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation and adherence to district and state guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development

Role Details:

• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, contract position through 5/26/27
• Onsite role with guaranteed remote day each week and potential for additional remote work
• Serve students as part of a forward-thinking district focused on workload balance
