The Realtor will represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, including conducting property showings, preparing and presenting offers, and guiding clients through negotiations and closing. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, nurturing leads, maintaining a pipeline of listings, and performing comparative market analyses to advise on pricing. The role involves coordinating inspections, appraisals, and other due diligence, while ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with state and local regulations. The Realtor will also manage client communication, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with lenders, escrow officers, and other partners to support a smooth transaction process.\nQualifications\n\n\n Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and strong knowledge of Real Estate principles and practices.\n Candidates should possess skills in Sales and experience with Real Property transactions.\n Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and client relationship management.\n Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple listings, clients, and deadlines.\n Candidates should possess proficiency with basic office software, CRM tools, and online listing platforms (e.g., MLS).\n Ability to work independently, maintain ethical standards, and comply with all legal and regulatory requirements.\n Prior experience as a Realtor or in a related real estate or sales role is preferred.\n Reliable transportation and availability to work some evenings and weekends as needed for showings and client meetings.\n
