Caregiver Responsibilities

As a member of our caregiving team, you will provide non-medical in-home support to seniors and individuals who need assistance with daily activities.

• Personal care assistance
• Bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Meal preparation and nutrition support
• Medication reminders
• Transportation to appointments
• Grocery shopping and errands
• Assistance with walking, transfers, and mobility
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Companionship and emotional support
• Engaging clients in conversation and activities
• Monitoring client well-being
• Reporting changes in condition to the Care Manager
• Maintaining accurate care documentation

Caregiver Qualifications

We are looking for dependable, compassionate individuals who enjoy helping others.

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle and proof of insurance
• Ability to travel to client homes
• Strong communication skills
• Professional and dependable work ethic
• Ability to work independently

Preferred:

• 1 year or more of caregiving experience
• Experience working with seniors
• Home care, assisted living, memory care, PCA, CNA, or caregiver experience
