The facility is a 120‑bed skilled nursing and sub‑acute center offering long‑term care, short‑term rehabilitation, and specialty services. Location & Setting Morningstar Senior Living, Oswego, NY – a 120‑bed skilled nursing facility with established clinical workflows. Schedule Hybrid: 2 days remote, 3 days onsite. Salary $75,000 – $78,000 per year. You will work with a collaborative team to enhance patient outcomes through evidence‑based nutrition care. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes. Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to patients, families, staff, and the community. Apply the latest research in alignment with diet manuals, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high‑quality, consistent care. Contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence. Partner with the food service management team to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals. Mentor and train staff and dietetic interns as applicable. Qualifications Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible. Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable. Healthcare experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply.
