Job Summary And Qualifications What you will do in this role: You will perform routine preventative maintenance tasks on various Hospital systems and equipment as required to assure optimum efficiency, reliability and safety. You will maintain full compliance with OSHA lock out / tag out safety practices. You will consistently utilizes approved PPE for safety as required. You will label equipment out of service and informs staff of back up equipment in a timely manner. You will properly operate and respond to use oft two- way radio communications in a timely manner. You will assist other department staff and accepts additional responsibilities as given by department Manager. What qualifications you will need: Competent in use of various hand tools, diagnostic and repair equipment. Ability to interpret blue prints/drawings. Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills. Good written/oral communication skills. Familiar with basic NFPA, ASRAE Standards and the ability to learn JCAHO Standards and develop and implement new policies. Good Computer system skills required. High school diploma or GED required. A valid Tennessee driver’s license required. Three years minimum Healthcare or equivalent experience required.
