The Opportunity

\n

Searchability is recruiting for an ambitious, high-growth technology startup in Miami looking to hire a Product Manager to take ownership of product development, strategy and delivery.

\n

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded, technically capable Product Manager who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys taking products from 0 to 1 .

\n

We're looking for someone who can work closely with founders, engineers and designers to turn ambitious ideas into successful, customer-focused products.

\n

You'll play a key role in shaping product strategy, defining roadmaps and driving the development of innovative software solutions.

\n

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys building, experimenting and shipping products rather than simply managing backlogs.

\n

What You'll Be Doing

\n

\n
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial discovery and ideation through to launch and optimisation.
\n
• Lead the development of new products and features, taking ideas from 0 to 1 .
\n
• Work directly with founders and senior leadership to define product vision and strategy.
\n
• Develop and manage product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
\n
• Collaborate closely with software engineers, designers and data teams to deliver high-quality products.
\n
• Translate customer insights and commercial requirements into clear product specifications.
\n
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities.
\n
• Define and track product KPIs, including adoption, engagement, retention and conversion.
\n
• Prioritise features and initiatives based on customer impact, business value and technical feasibility.
\n
• Drive rapid experimentation, prototyping and continuous product improvement.
\n
• Take ownership of product launches, stakeholder communication and post-launch performance.
\n

What We're Looking For

\n

\n
• Ideally 3–6+ years' experience in Product Management within a technology-focused business.
\n
• Proven experience building and launching digital products, SaaS platforms or software applications .
\n
• Experience taking products from 0 to 1 , ideally within a startup or scale-up environment.
\n
• Strong technical understanding of software development, APIs, cloud technologies and modern web applications.
\n
• Ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand technical trade-offs.
\n
• Strong understanding of product discovery, user research, roadmap planning and prioritisation .
\n
• Experience using analytics and customer feedback to make data-driven product decisions.
\n
• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Jira, Linear, Notion, Amplitude or Mixpanel .
\n
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with founders and senior stakeholders.
\n
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
\n
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
\n
• Based in Miami or within commuting distance and comfortable with hybrid working.
\n

Nice to Have

\n

\n
• Previous experience as an early Product Manager within a venture-backed startup.
\n
• Experience building AI-native products, SaaS platforms or B2B software .
\n
• Technical background in software engineering, data science or computer science.
\n
• Experience working with LLMs, AI agents, automation or AI-assisted product development .
\n
• Ability to prototype using Figma, no-code tools or AI coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code.
\n
• Experience working directly with founders on product-market fit.
\n
• Experience scaling products from MVP through to commercial launch.
\n
• Previous experience in FinTech, HealthTech, ecommerce or consumer technology.
\n
